Professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Sean Arnold is committed to creating delicious cuisine using seasonal and locally sourced foods inspired by regional flavors. He develops his menus based on three principles: Harvest locally, reduce waste and make everything delicious.
Chef Sean has a master’s degree in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College. Building on 15-plus years of experience as a forward-thinking chef and industry leader working to educate others on the importance of local, sustainable food, he teaches culinary school when he’s not providing exclusive private chef services.
Chef Sean’s dishes highlight freshly harvested ingredients from small, regional farms, crafted together to reflect his personal style of wholistic and rustic focus.
